A translation of at least the claims must be furnished at the time of filing. Translation of complete specification to be submitted within 30 days of filing with an additional fee for late filing

 

In case that the assignment signed by inventor is not submitted on filing, there will be a term of 60 days after filing in which to file same. Kindly note no extension of term is available.
